Issue while deleting or upgrading the solution

Hi,
When i tried to delete the solutions , i got time out error everytime and when i upgrade this , i got this error

    The Connections were probably part of the Solution so they when they got deleted... it hosed you.
     
    Click the slider over so that you can review/recreate them.
