Definitely. There a lot of controls to create clean layouts for your case and you can do a lot of calculations.

Maybe take a look a Model-drive apps as well, which is more form-like but a lot faster to build. With canvas apps though, you have more flexibility and control over the layout.

    Thanks !

i would like to go with Canvas.

what would be desired database? SharepointList is fine?

Yes, SharePoint list is perfectly fine. That also makes it more easy to share it with whoever you need it to share with.

I actually have created something similar, so that employees can add business trips and then it gets stored in two SharePoint lists, one with data(primary one) and another Calendar list to link with Outlook.

Of course, it is important to look at the size of your lists if you want to work with a canvas app. Will it have over 2000 records?

    dont think so.

goal is, to create a report of out this data and sign this is by User and Manager(Accountant)

so after report is created - records are not so important

need to find some video tutorial how to start 🙂

Oh, then it should be perfectly fine. Nothing important to take into account. PowerApps is great for the size of such cases.

Not very hard to learn as well. There should be a lot of good documentation, definitely take a look at this site: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/powerapps-overview

    Good luck!

With the structure of your report as the end product, I would suggest you either go with Excel or any other datasource plus Power Bi. In this case power Bi will be used to restructure the report to look similar as shown.
With excel for business and based on the scenario you have given I think I will be much easier.

@eka24 i will consider excel as a datasource - never done this.

    lets rock!
