I created a Power Automate Custom Connector that uses OAuth2.0 Authentication with AzureAD as the identity provider. The connector was created by an Admin user and shared with a non-admin user. It works fine on the test pane (connecting as either admin or non-admin user) and I am able to create flows with both users using this Connector and they work.

When I add this Custom Connector to a Copilot on Copilot Studio as an Action I can use it normally when logged in as Admin, but if I try it from the non-admin user account it has problems when creating a connection.

Another error if I try to create a new Copilot from the non-admin user and use the custom action:

"The caller with object id {non-admin ID} does not have the minimum required persmissions to use connection 'shared-poc-5fsearchc-c22b408e-05ca-4c87-acf1-381768e23f72' under API 'shared_poc-5fsearchconnector-5fprojectid-5fd5b9dcc72b0-d2da9ee0becb53fc'"
