Here are some direct steps that often resolve this error:
Double-check the Excel file location and ensure it’s saved in OneDrive for Business under the same Microsoft account/tenant.
Make sure the Excel file has defined tables using "Insert > Table" and named ranges.
Try re-authenticating the Excel Online connector by removing and re-adding it.
Simplify the connector inputs, start without filters or parameters to verify the base connection works. I hope this makes sense and helps resolve the error.
