Hi,
I've bought Power Apps per app license, allocated it to the environment and assigned it to one Power Apps canvas app. Before acquiring the license this app was shared with the app owner, and two AAD security groups (each group has several users and those users have active trial licenses, same as the app owner).
Now, it comes the confusing part:
1. Though official MS documentation states that purchasing the license after Oct 2021 will give you 2 App Passes (one app/one portal), I can see that I have 3 App Passes.

Official MS documentation:
"Power Apps per app plan subscriptions purchased after October 1, 2021 will receive one app pass for each license, entitling assigned users to access one app or one portal."
2. According to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/about-powerapps-perapp#steps-for-using-per-app-plans I need to share the app with users to start consuming the license. Before I re-shared the app with the same users I was sharing previously, I removed trial licenses from their accounts. Since all these users can still access the app, I can't figure out how many users is covered with one Power Apps per app license? I thought each user has to have one license, as stated in MS documentation:

In the above screenshot, second bullet point states that "Each user is required to have a license to run an app". Which license? Do they mean Power Apps per app plan?
3. MS documentation also says that "Power Apps per app plan assignment report is available in license consumption reports in Power Platform admin center". However, I can't see anything related to Power Apps per app plan there. Please see the screenshot below:

If anyone can explain how this plan works in simple terms I would be extremely grateful. The app will be shared with many users so knowing accurate numbers and how exactly MS licensing works would help me a lot.
Thank you.
Best
