Hello,
I have a question about my chat bot's topic and its trigger phrases. The chat bot seems to be having issues during live chat. (see photo number 1.)
However, I do have listed the specific trigger phrases for the specific topic. (see photo number 2.)
Has anyone have any solutions for this?
