Hi @powerapps Expert,

I really need your help which I unable to solve. At homepage screen, I'm using toggle (only visible to Admins) to switch on/off which on to enable button and off to disable button to end users, because the requirement is not all the time, we want it user to access the page. I'm having problem where once I published it and test, it doesn't reflect to end user. When I switch on - button enabled only to me but not end users, please help on how to reflect to end users as well.

Thank you very much!

Hi. You haven't explained how the toggles is setup?

Does the Toggle Change some value in some Table or Database or Environment variable?

If it updates some datasource in the back end then you have 2 issues

    1) do the end users have Read Access to the datasource

    2) Is the datasource refreshed into their app instance so that the value will take effect

I would bet its #1 but I need to understand what Toggle means and how you change the value?? so that it impacts all instances that are running.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You

    Hi @FLMike ,

I have homepage screen, and in homepage screen there are 4 buttons and named as "Quarter 1", "Quarter 2", "Quarter 3" and "Quarter 4". Eash button has their own toggle. How I setup the toggle is, if I switch on to Toggle beside 'Quarter 1' Button then the button will be Enables to user so that user can access/navigate to user.

    Details:

    1. Toggle can only be seen to Admin users only

    2. 4 buttons: "Quarter 1", "Quarter 2", "Quarter 3" and "Quarter 4" is visible to end users.

    3. How I setup is for example: Toggle1 is for 'Quarter 1" button > Switch on Toggle, "Quarter 1" button will be enabled for user to navigate to the screen/page

    My Problem:
Once I published the apps and I tried to switch on/off the toggle, the button doesn't reflect to end users. Should I use Power Automate to trigger this? if yes, how? 😞
