Hi there,
I'm looking for a solution on how we can integrate Azure Communication Services (ACS) with Copilot Studio. I checked the documentation, and it mentions that this feature is not available yet but will be in public preview in March 2025.
What I want to achieve with my Copilot Studio bot is to connect it with ACS because we do not want to use D365 service channel integration. However, I'm having difficulty finding relevant documentation regarding this integration.
Here’s an example of what I'm working on: The bot will be a chatbot deployed on a website, where users can engage in Q&A. Additionally, I am adding voice capabilities. For instance, let's say there’s a phone number associated with the bot. When I call that number, the bot should get triggered and ask me questions, similar to how it would during a chat session.
This is what I'm trying to build, and I need some guidance on it. Let me know if you have any information to share. Thanks!
