Model Driven App - View - Edit the filters available for columns in the view

Hi there,

I have a table with several fields. In the standard Active View I am able to filter each column with the provided filters of Power Apps.

Now I have one column that references Entities. When Filtering this column with "Equals" the results Dropdown shows me any record matching the String I type in.

Is it possible to configure the filter to not show deactivated Entities?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Why don't you modify your Active View, to filter Status to Active records?

    Regards
    VaidasG

    Hi ValidasG,

Thanks for your response. The View is filtered for the Status Active.

The view the Table is for has lookup columns e.g. Manager (see picture above). I want to be able to edit/configure the filter for this column so the results in the Dropdown when filtering this column only shows Active Managers 😃
