Agent to analyse my emails - I get "It seems that I am unable to retrieve the emails you sent"

Please forgive the beginner question. I have multiple ideas for analysing my emails but I can't get started as I get "It seems that I am unable to retrieve the emails you sent" upon execution. I tried adding the Office365 Outlook Get email (V2) Action but to no avail. I suspect a \n authentication problem but I don't only get a generic message. Any idea?

    Thanks Artur. The question relates to CoPilot Studio. My prompt was "How many emails were sent from <my email address> during November 2024". The response was:
     
    This was just to test access.
    A related question:
    I also tried in CoPilot although I am interested in building an agent, but just to compare responses.
    If I try this in CoPilot (not Studio), I do get a response, but the response is always 10 (incorrect). It seems that CoPilot is only able to see my 10 last emails. Any idea why that is?

    Yes there might be issues related to authentication, permissions, or configuration.
     
    Go to the Data > Connections section in Power Automate and verify that the connection for Office365 Outlook is active. If the connection seems inactive or broken, click on it and reauthenticate using your Office 365 credentials.
     
    Ensure the account used has sufficient permissions. If you're using an Application User, verify that the Azure App Registration for the application has the correct API permissions for Microsoft Graph.
