An inquiry, please.

They know if there is a way to pin an app in the Teams menu bar, that is, to have it appear directly when I start or open Teams.

You would first need to add the app to Teams then you add/pin it to the app menu bar. here is a link that explains how to add an app to Teams.

I have an additional question, please. Do you know if there is a way to restrict access to a teams user? That is, it only has access to the app that we are going to anchor and the team to which it will belong, since it should not call other workers or send them messages.

I have completed all the steps, adding the app via Teams Admin portal and assigning it globally and pinning it but it still does not show up. I saw a message that it may take time to appear because it is being applied globally but afdter 24 hours, it still is not available. Any other ideas what can prevent the application from showing up?
