Hi,I have two SharePoint lists. One is populated with data received from an MS Form.I'm using some of these details in a gallery to search for people. A new form is then used where there are a number of fields depending on the application option selected from a drop down that will populate another SharePoint site.I'm using the Patch function but seem to be getting an error as in not being recognised??Firstly is this a possible using the Patch function and if so what I'm I doing wrong 🤔
Hi @ClarkyPA365 ,
Patching a SharePoint list should be possible as long as you have access to it. Can you please share the formula and the error you are receiving?
Hi @BCBuizer ,The initial search is using Datasource 'Apprenticeship Application'
Selecting the + icon takes you to this screen with the some of the information coming across. Fields that are disabledThe Datasource for this is 'Application Processing'
The error I'm getting is 'The function 'Patch' has some invalid arguments'
Since you are using a form, presumably connected to the 'Applications Processing' list, you should be able to simply submit the form using the SubmitForm function.
Hi,The thing is some of the information will be populated or amended, depending the status of the application process. Can you patch a record from a form or should it be a gallery??
