AS you see in the attachement the dafaullt value is for the "wilaya" is "oran" but i want the defaullt value to be an empty feild
i already set an empty first ligne in my exel sheet
so how i can srt the defaullt calut to empty rather then oran

Simply replace the current Default formula with ""But to give you an idea, this is yoru edit form. Edit Form usually displays the data that was already stored fro that record that is why you are using "oran" as the value. If you keep empty default there is a change user will forget to update the dropdown when submitting changes.

so this will creat a problemme in the app
becausse i want the users after submetting the information everything becaomme epmty for the next entry
Your formula is correct. Oran is there because of EditForm.
If you want a New form, either you insert a button and OnSelect put;
Newform (EditForm1)
Or
Onsuccess property of the form put;

this is the button but it still dont make a new form with emty feilds
Why didn't you put the button on the screen where the EditForm is? What you have shown is a Gallery not a form.
yes becausse how i wanted the app to work when the user acces that button from the gallery it take to add the information but i wante him is to find the feild empty
i tried on select too but the dafaullt setting always return to oran
