I have solution with app on tenant 'A' on production environment . Solution is imported from dev environment on tenant 'B'. App don't use components from component library. Later i edit the app on tenant 'B' and add components. Publish and add component library to solution and export. Later i try to import solution in tenant 'A' and upgrade solution. Unfortunately app don't update and don't use components. Only delete the solution and import as new repair this issue. Is that a bug or only i have that situation ?
