Hi I have a sharepoint list with 80 questions, they will all be yes - no answers maybe with a toggle bar? in powerapps. Can i do this with a form? i have tried to add a toggle bar into the form but it doesn't work. I don't want to patch everything to the sharepoint, any easy suggestions?
Yes, you can do 80 questions in a form in Power Apps. I would personally suggest against 80 straight questions in a row.
My suggestion would be if you aren't running into the limits for lookup columns which you shouldn't if they are actually Yes/No Fields.
For just a basic submission do this
Power Apps -> Create -> Tablet Sized -> Insert a form -> Go to the data Panel in the left toolbar and connect your SharePoint List above
-> Set the Datasource field of your form to the name of your datasource it should auto populate -> Add all 80 of your fields -> insert a button into the screen
-> Set the OnSelect Property to SubmitForm(Form1) or your form name -> Check your list for the submission.
To break it up add a continue button or icon increase a number variable by 1 and make a If(X >= 1, true false) in the visible field do the same for 2 3 and 4 and do for every 20 questions change that out.
If I managed to answer your question please select me as the answer otherwise feel free to reply and let me know what issue in more detail you are facing.
Have a great day!
