Putting Disclaimer on Employee Ideas app

When employees submit ideas i want to put a disclaimer to all who submit ideas that they have to agree to the condition before submitting ideas.

    In your datasource, a SharePoint list for example, have a Yes/No column for "Accepted Disclaimer" or something similar. In the app if you are using a form have a field for the disclaimer column but you could change it to a checkbox - make sure you change the Update property for the data card to Checkbox1.Checked or whatever the name of the control is. If you don't want to display all the disclaimer text on the form you could have a button that displays an overlay with the text. The user then clicks a button in the overlay to cancel it and can select the disclaimer checkbox and the checked value gets stored with the form submission.

    An example of the sort of overlay that I use regularly is in the image below. It greys out the rest of the fields on the app and the user can only click one of the 2 buttons.
