Attachments Datacard with attachments and photos

I have an attachment card in my app, which because of the SharePoint list that already exists, most of the pre-existing entrees have excel or pdf attachments.  I have a camera that adds photos to a camera gallery, but is it possible for the datacard to not only show both regular attachments and the photos taken, but also to update both datacard.attachments as well as my photo gallery?  Hopefully this makes sense I'm very new with powerapps.

Thanks

Is your photo gallery pointing to the same SharePoint attachment list?

No, currently it just exists and has no direction/points nowhere.

I have a feeling that this question is worded poorly so I'll try to simplify.  When users are using the app, I would appreciate the ability for them to add a pdf or excel file (etc), as well as being to add photos that already exist on their tablet/phone, on top of the ability to take a new photo to be added as well.  If there was an ability to have a separate collection that could be submitted to the sharepoint list as 'photo attachments' that would be fine too.  Just an ability to include pre-existing files, as well as new photos to be sent to the sharepoint list.

You can use the attachment control to take photo and upload attachemnts. I have done this. Let me find an example.

Get the user to add files to the attachment control:

On click of camera icon it takes you to a new screen where you can use the camera control:

Hi! Thanks for your response, I just had one question, about the first photo, you have the Camera icon circled.  I have a camera icon as well that takes me to a new screen just as you said.  I was wondering what the "Items: colCameraImages" was for?  Are those the items for the datacardvalue, and if so if the attachment datacard's items are just the collection of images, wouldn't it not show attachments added as well?  I see your note that says "Attach items first".  Just wondering. Otherwise this looks very useful thanks!

Yes colCameraImages is my collection. This attachement control will show both attachments and images taken via the camera control.

Does that make sense or would you like me to screen record and upload?

No I understand, it just seems a bit of a work-around.  If I go to my camera screen after the attachments exist, since I am showing the photos after they are taken in a gallery, the gallery includes any of the attachments since they are part of the colImages.  It's not a horrible thing, I just wish there was a more solid solution.

    Appreciate your help!
