OnFailure erases fields even though f(x) = false

Recently, users of my PowerApps form have noticed that, when there is a list validation error, attempting to submit the form via the 'Save' button erases some fields in the form, forcing them to re-enter those fields.

The list validation error still pops up, but many fields (even those not involved in the list validation error) get erased... This didn't used to happen.

Also, the OnFailure function on the form is set to false. What could be going on?

Hi @yungscy92,

Can you take a screenshot of your issue? Please share the validation error message. And what is the setting of the column that causes the validation error.

I cannot reproduce your issue. When I didn't fill one of the required field in PowerApps form, error occurs but the data are not erased.
