Bulk Deletion Job Removal

Hi there, 

 

been trying to cancel the bulk deletion job to retain older conversation transcripts. However, I'm getting this error:

Kindly note that I got it from PowerPlatformAdminCenter -> MyEnvironment -> Settings -> Data Management -> Bulk Deletion

 

Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
