Unable to grant access to mail-enabled security group

I created a mail enabled security group using IDWED a few days ago that contains two distribution groups with a total of ~12,000 users. I added those users to a canvas app in power apps and set their permissions as basic user. Those users aren't able to see that app. Below is an image of what happens when a user tries to access the app

    Hi @haibrah ,
    I think you are not share the app to end user. Kindly check your app shared with Everyone in your PowerApps environment.


    I got this in your point mention  "Those users aren't able to see that app".

    I think next time above error message appear you have share the App link to end user.
