PowerApp form defualting to 'no item to display' after new entry

I have created a powerapp and now have my form working properly, its shows the blank fields ready to populate at all times, but when I create a new record its defaulting back to "no item to display". Im not sure which setting I need to fix for this. I'm thinking it might be my 'OnSucess' but I am unsure.

This is what I shows right now:

This is how I would like it to display:

my OnSucess is

UpdateContext({ CurrentItem: Self.LastSubmit, editMode: false, newMode: false })

    @RBettinelli ,

    You are setting the form newMode to false, hence why you can't see anything.
    Default Form Mode must be set as "New".

    my DefaultMode is FormMode.New,
    if I change my OnSucess to

    UpdateContext({ CurrentItem: Self.LastSubmit, editMode: false, newMode: true })
    I still have the same issue. Not sure what I'm missing.

    Dont forget to reset the form when submitted. Maybe that fixes it?

    @RBettinelli ,

    What do your variables editMode and newMode do? Are they related to the form?

    They are what was put in by PowerApps.
    I'm not certain if they do anything in particular.

    @RBettinelli ,

    Normally OnSuccess property is blank if you haven't manually added something yourself.

    Try @StretchFredrik 's suggestion and add the ResetForm option at the end of the code.
