I need help with relationships in dataverse.

I am building tables in this fashion.

My screen is as follows

Here i used One to Many relationship. A column Department got created in the Instructor Table. 

I used a formula on Instructors Gallery to get all instructors under a specific department. 

But its not working. Need Help

    Change the department to name after the dot
