I have a power app that was working correctly, suddenly it started to give problems, it gives me an error when trying to reach the sharepoint lists, but this only happens when connected to the corporate network, being outside it works correctly.
This app only connects to sharepoint, automate and outlook.

The team that checks permissions detected a url that does not reach:https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/

I have not been able to solve the problem and I can't find any diagram to know the internal connections that the power app makes.
I do not know if there is something like that to see where the connection is broken and to check ip's and permissions.

Have you tried to contact the network team ? If you can access the service out of office network.

that should be firewall settings/security policy, So talk to them.

that's not much we can help you here.

We checked the ip's in the list with the network team and still the problem continues, the team also searched for problems in the connections and did not find anything.

The only problem that was seen was with this url https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/

this looks like one of the API management endpoint from Microsoft.

if add it in the white list and everything back to normal , then it is the right one.

Virtual network service tags this is the reference doc for the security team, it's just a 'better to do', on the security perspective, narrow down from there, probably your security team can create a script to dynamically detect the IPs.
