Greeting Programmed n Tested Different vs. Actual Teams Environment

Hi. When I test the greeting environment everything seems to work well but when I publish it, the greeting in Teams is entirely different. It also doesn't even seem to identify the person's name and use that variable as the response at all. One question in teams did you say hello before the bot asked you to whom its chatting today ?

Yes, in the testing environment it worked exactly as I had it set-up. It was just in teams that is started to act wonky all of a sudden. In teams, I usually say Hello and then the bot would respond the way I had it set-up (it was actually working fine that day, but suddenly it wasn't)

About an hour later though, it started to work fine without me making any change to it.
