Exchange Server email PowerApps Flow?

Is it possible to use a Flow inside Power Apps to send emails via an Exchange (2013) server?

I've only ever used the desktop version of Power Automate, which does have an Exchange Server Action which lets users send Emails with username/password authentication.

Is this possible inside Power Apps?

You have a Function called Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() which use O365 connector and can send emails
also, You can create a flow in Power Automate with Power Apps (v2) trigger, pass Username and Password to it from PowerApps and send it using whatever Action in Power Apps You wish

It's all depend what You exact looking for to do but 100% there is a lot of ways

I need access to an on-prem Exchange server. I'm assuming the O365 connector will not work correct?
