Error Saving Canvas App

Good day. Last night I notice I keep getting errors when saving my canvas app and until now I still experience it from time to time. 
 
I tried deleting the app and importing it again. For a moment it saves, works normally and then it stops working again after some time.
 
I also tried creating from blank/scratch, still the same, it will not save after some time.
 
This is the complete error:

    1. Investigate Server Timeout Causes

    • Large App Size:
      If your app has many screens, data sources, or heavy media usage, it may exceed Power Apps' server processing capacity during save operations.

      • Solution: Minimize app size by reducing unused media, compressing images, or breaking large apps into smaller components.
    • Data Source Issues:
      Timeouts can occur if Power Apps tries to validate or interact with data sources during the save process.

      • Solution: Disconnect unnecessary or unused data sources temporarily and attempt to save.

    2. Clear Browser Cache and Try Incognito Mode

    Cached files or browser extensions might interfere with Power Apps' saving functionality.

    • Steps:
      1. Clear browser cache and cookies.
      2. Use incognito/private mode to test.
      3. Use a different supported browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

    3. Check for Service Health Issues

    Power Apps backend services might be experiencing temporary outages or performance degradation.

    4. Optimize Save Operations

    • Avoid Concurrent Edits:

    The most likely cause of a "ServerTimeout" error would be a poor internet connectivity, or a slow network. 
     
    If it's only been happening for a day, this could be a one-off issue. Hopefully this issue might resolve itself if you give it a few days.

    I can confirm , I am having the same issue starting from 1st Jan,2025 . It was working earlier perfectly. I am not able to publish and save. This is a real blocker.  It would be good if someone can look at it . 
     
    @VASANTH KUMAR BALMADI I looked into your suggestions and none of them worked for me, this app was last saved on end of december. I was able to save it that time.
