Hi there,
How do i customized the bot by allowing it to greet the user first on MS Teams? Most tutorials out there asked to use customized canvas but due to my license it only allows to be published on MS Teams. Is there any workaround on this?
The scenario is once i click the bot, it will automatically greet me with a message instead of me inputting a trigger word.

No, the normal behavior for PVA bots within Microsoft Teams is to start the conversation automatically.
You cannot do it yet.
