Hello Experts,
Recently (about a month ago) we added a new Environment "Dev" to our Org. We used to only have "Test" and "Prd". Somehow when I log in to the Plugin Registration Tool the new environment "Dev" is not showing up. Any ideas how to fix this? I tried reinstalling the PRT but still the same.

it's strange because the instance should be listed after you do the login, I don't know why it's happening in your case.
As alternative you can use XrmToolBox, there is a Plugin Registration Tool (based on the Microsoft source code) and check if you can connect to "Dev" from there

I tried your solution but without success. I send out a ticket to our Service Desk as our company is part of a bigger group. The problem might be on their side.
