This issue relates to PVA in TEAMS.
Found a couple relevant topics such as;
Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
*asking users to uninstall & reinstall the BOT (if they previously had it installed seems extreme)
** further, those who never had it installed experience the same name discrepancy.... so the problem has to be elsewhere

Yes, have signed out multiple times. This has been the case for days and the discrepancy is also there for other team members.... not just my account/view.
