Table permission for create new case with workflow

Hi all ,

I have created a client portal and create a new case with no problems. But if I activate a workflow to send an email when I create a new web case, I get an error "An unknown error has occurred. Error ID # [aa6c904b-eca8-4533-8bad-ef24e9e320e2]".
I think the error is due to permissions not granted on some table, but which one?

hi, not sure if this is a permissions error

can you enable server-side error messages: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/view-portal-error-log#display-plugin-error

this will give us the exception that the system is throwing

thank's for your reply ! Solved it with your solution . The problem was " The e-mail must have at least one recipient before it can be sent"
