Hi,
I would like to ask few questions of what the chatbot is capable. I can´t find anywhere, whether it:
- can also possibly make changes (not only read) in SAP
- can be connected to 3rd party RPA
- can read documents (like OCR) and maybe also fill in information in some documents
- is very flexible in terms of doing demanding automations or it is only made for easy to make cases
It would really help me to understand how advanced the PVA is.

@Matej-Kulka Chatbots created with Power Virtual Agents do not have the capabilities you mention natively but can be extended through the built-in integration with Power Automate and the ability to use skills created with Bot Framework.
Power Automate has connectors to many 3rd party apps that will allow you to read and write data.
