Converting Power Pages Website to Production Error - please help

I was trying to convert my website to production and I got this error

Can anyone explain why

    Hi @setzav ,

     

    The error message clearly mentioned that your organisation lack of licenses or reached the capacity limit.

    You can find more info about both the the Power Platform Admin Center.
