There is an error message stating the file is in SYLK format an cannot be opened. I am also saving to a sharepoint folder. In addition, the file that is saved to the Sharepoint folder has the .CSV extension but the file which is emailed is not in CSV format. Why is the excel coming out blank?
Any guidance would be great help here!

The SYLK file error is because that if you make the first letters “ID” of a text file Excel incorrectly assumes you are trying to open an SYLK file (whatever one of those is!). Please try to adjust the order of these columns in 'Create CSV table' action.
The attachment issue is due to that you forget to define the extension in attachment name. Add the .CSV extension after the attachment name.
