Something went wrong error issue while running the app in Teams channel

Hello,

I built the app and published on the Teams Channel. One of my clients is having issue signing in from the Teams Channel. But they can easily sign in from the web browser. Below is the Error message client is getting when try to sign in from Teams Channel.
