Migrate custom SharePoint form from on list to another list with different list names

Hello all,

I have a requirement to move a custom SharePoint form that I need to move from one list to another existing list with a different list name on the same site. The column names and configurations are identical, just the list names are not. Is this possible. if so, how can I do that?

I really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thank you.

Import list2 into your app and simply change the Datasource of the form to list2.

If you can't do that then:

Copy all the controls on the form (cntl-A, cntl-C),

open a new form integration from list2,

open a new screen

use cntl-V to paste them on the new screen.

Thank you. I apologize for my lack of terminaology recognition, but by "Import list2 into your app and simply change the Datasource of the form to list2" do you mean creat a datasource point to list 2?
