【Implementation】
Prepare a Copilot Studio Agent in advance to respond to user questions.
Implement steps 1–7 below using Power Automate.

1.Accept end-user's questions via Microsoft Forms.
2.Posting user's question to Teams Chaneel that end users use
3.Use Power Automate to pass the question content from Forms to the Copilot Studio agent.
4.Retrieve the response from the Copilot Studio Agent
5.Mention the responsible person via Teams with the response from Step 4
6.Approve Process
->the responsible person checks to see if the response is correct or not
7.If approved in Step 6, the response is automatically mention to the user's Teams Channel
