Meaning on properties, data card and control

I would like to ask for some clarification and additional explanation that I made:

    This is perfect.  I could not have said it any better myself.  Excellent work.

     

    My one addition is for Item 2 - Controls.  A control is any object on the screen.  It can be an input control like TextBox, Dropdown, etc.  Or it can simply be a display control like a label.
