On the below Canvas App, when a new list item is created, there is a Flow that goes and creates a folder in a document library with the same name as what is highlighted in the "Contract Ref" field - you can see this is shown in the "Contract Documents section below.
You will see that when I open another list item, the "Contract Documents" name doesn't change. This appears to be cached from viewing the previous entry. Is there any way of clearing this cache so that when you open a list item, the folder name is always displayed? As this is proving to be quite a major issue for me.
As you can see below, both folders exist.
