Mobile App - Submit Form

Is there a known issue with submitform in a mobile app?   My form works fine on desktop, but it does not submit on the mobile app!
 
Driving me crazy!  Appreciate any advice

    No error, just doesn't submit.  I have 2 different forms in my mobile app - both work fine on desktop, neither submits on the mobile app
