Can't delete a table. Where did these relationships come from?

I am having trouble understanding were the following relationships in the table I created came from. It seems it was one of the options regarding making the columns available when creating activities.

I don't really care that they're there now, but the problem is that they are all listed as dependencies, which by design I can't delete. I know when creating a table that it says those features can't be turned off. However, that effectively now means that my table is impossible to delete as well because I can't get remove the dependencies.

Is this the expected behavior, or am I missing something? Thanks

Hi NeonWhite,
Usually when I'm struggling with removing dependencies I add Table to Solution and from there I have easy access to "Show dependencies" , this is final screen you should be seeing, from there you can navigate to appropriate sections.
Also you can use Old Dynamics Advanced View.
1) On Top Left part of the screen Click the cog Icon
2) Advanced Settings
3) Customization Column -> Solutions (assuming youve already pulled your table into ANY solution
4) Click on your solution
5) Find your Table (it will be called Entity)
6) Find relationships
7) click on relationship you want to remove, try to delete

Tell me if it helped and provide a screenshot with relationships of your entity,
If it doesn't help at all it would be useful to recreate those relationships then If you'll provide me the steps I can try to remove them myself.

Thanks for your reply. While I am able to see the relationships, I am not able to delete them. For example, see below that "Delete" is not available.

@neonwhite did you try the "old" view Ive suggested?
In the New layout I cannot delete relationship:
But In the old one I can:
