Mandatory field not working

Hello, 
 
I have create Power Apps with mandatory fields set as "required" in both Power Apps and in Share Point List. 
But when user doing testing , they still can submit the request without filling in the mandatory fiedle.
 
Any idea how to fix it?

    If you are submitting a form using a button and a validation inside a button to check if field is blank or not.

    If(
        IsBlank("Your Field Name"), 
        Notify("Required Field.", NotificationType.Error,2000),
        "Your Patch Function"
    )
