Power App Portals - How are page view calculated

Hello,

 

I would like to understand how page views are calculated for Power App Portals.  My understanding is:

 

If a user navigates away from a page to another page this is classed as 2 pages

If a user closes a tab and then opens and new tab to view the same page this is classed as 2 page views

 

If a user refreshes the page (they don't close the tab) is this classed as 1 page view still or 2?

 

I'm keen to understand how page views are calculated.  Is my understanding correct and are there any other considerations.

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    The simple way to answer your question is, 

    A pageview is an instance of a page being loaded (or reloaded) in a browser. 

     

    Additional as per your request: 

    If a user refreshes the page (they don't close the tab) is this classed as 1 page view still or 2? 

    Ans: 2 

     

    All other questions are answered in the first line of the sentence.
