How to use custom responses for generative answers

Hello,

 

I am trying to get our bot to provide accurate information and not bypass the information we have in our documents.

 

What is the best practice for custom responses for generative answers?

 

What is the best way to format responses when we want the bot to use the data we have in documents first before generating its own responses? What things should we put in the custom responses so that the bot does what we want it to do?

    Without more information about the content that is grounding your copilot and the responses you are seeing, it is difficult to provide guidance, but at a high level, you can modify the copilot's content moderation level, and also provide custom instructions that would fine-tune its response.
