'Office 365 Outlook - Get Calendar View (V3)' Connector in Copilot Studio

I have been working with Copilot Studio and used the action 'Office 365 Outlook - Get Calendar View (V3)' to fetch calendar events. During testing, everything worked fine, and I was able to successfully retrieve my events using the prompt.

However, when another user tries to use the Copilot I built, using their own credentials, the connector returns an error and fails to retrieve their events.

I’ve attached screenshots of the error for reference. Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi

Go to Actions > Select your action. Ensure the Connection Owner setting is configured to User. This allows users to authenticate the connector using their credentials when interacting with Copilot.

Thank you for your response. Regarding the action connector settings, I have already configured it to use User Authentication. However, it is still showing errors for other users who are using this Copilot, while it works perfectly fine for me as the builder. Could this be the reason?
