Hi there,
Does anyone managed to connect to a hand-off platform/generic engagement hub that is not Dynamics 365 Customer Service?
I've been asking this question for sometime now and I'm sure someone, somewhere have managed to do it.
Please let us know.

Hi @fernandosilva , I have the same use case. Custom hand off with a custom hub (Genesys UI).Did you manage to get a workaround or get a feedback from the product Team?

At the end of the day we signed up to Dynamics 365 Customer Service for the Hand-Off as nothing else worked.
