Send email by excel value

Hi there,

I would like to create a flow which sends an email by a particular excel cell value. Lets say there are couple of dedicated value and based on that value "New" I want to create a power automate which would send an email when that value appears in the cell. Also, I am not sure if there is an impact but there would be an if statement on which based that value appears. If certain cell is completed then the value of that cell become "New" "In progress" "Completed" etc and when that value appears in that cell I want an email to be end automatically.

Could some help me please of at least comment on this flow if this looks good.

this is values of the cell called "Status"

and when a certain values is in the cell "Status" I want to send an email.

Could you please share a bit more about your excel table Status column?

Do you want to send an email if the Status is new?

Actually, I am not that sure about your need, so you could provide more details so that we could help figure it out.

Could you please delete the Apply to each action and add the Condition tab directly under the For a selected row.

Thank you for getting in touch. I want to make a flow when someone comes to a shared document and types "New" into the cell called Status it automatically detects the "New" value and sends an email. I have improved my flow, please see below. But now it is triggered by "Recurrence" [every 5 mins], so I am wondering is it possible to make a value "New" a trigger? Only when value this is typed in Status cell it becomes a trigger and send an email. .
Become you come across this or have an idea where how I can implement this?
