Hi Experts,

I am using a form which has many fields.
My requirement is to add some content / Hint when we select the answer for the below question in form :

Before answering the question by end user , they know about the definition of it , so i have to add some text content as a definition .
So how to use that ?
Can i make some other text box and highlight it or using hover to showcase it ?

How to add the below content as a definition by using hover ?

[Definition: Minor: * The changes are very minor, not requiring much effort
*The changes due to minor functional changes
Major: *There is completely new functionality
*There is major change to the originally agreed functionality, which requires the code to be rewritten
*There is a change/new functionality which requires lot of effort]

Any other suggestion is welcome .

Thanks
Dk

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility in Power Apps to display a pop-up or a text box for explanation via an OnHover event. One possible way would be to work with the tooltip property. This displays a text box as soon as you hover over an element and stop. However, you cannot influence this text box in the styling. Otherwise, the only way would be to use an information icon, which the user would have to click on to open a dialog in which you can then place your text.

    Hey @DineshK,

You could just use the new Info Button. It is still in Preview but it's there for exactly this case.
I've justed tested it and it works as expected. Just try it out. They will need to Click on the info button but that shoudln't bee such a big inconvenience.

You can put the content in the Content property and adapt in style and theme the text.

If this helped you consider accepting this as the solution so others can find the answer as well.

    Hello,

    Modern controls don't have a ToolTip parameter (yet ? :) ), so you have 2 option :

    1. Use a classic form and you'll found the tooltip parameter that display text on hoover
    2. Add a modern infobutton to the datacard with your definition to display:
