I cannot get Power Apps to load. It just clocks the whole time (screenshot). I've rebooted, used an InPrivate browser and even tried Chrome. Is there a setting the O365 administrator needs to reset? He is not experiencing this issue when he attempts to access Power Apps. It's been like this for 3 days now. Thanks

To clarify are you trying to load an app or load the design ui to edit an app?

I'm trying to edit in the Power Apps design space in a canvas app. There's something wrong with my sessions I think. My O365 admin forced stopped all my active MS Sessions and I was able to access it. But today, I'm clocking again. I can't edit my app. When I go into Play, I get an "error when trying to retrieve data from the network".
Any ideas? Is it a session issue where I'm not signed out of the previous session? How can we really close a session?
