We are experiencing an issue with Choice columns in Power Apps (started this week - we make changes to these apps weekly, and this is the first time we have experienced this).
All of our choice column expressions are giving us errors when we open the app. When we click on it to fix the error, we just have to reselect what we had originally in the field and the error goes away.
This is a screenshot of the error and all we had to do is reselect "Yes"
I experienced the similar issue, try removing the data source and add it (before doing this make sure to keep the latest published version) or replace all your choices with the same name.
eg- search .Yes and Replace all with the same name
