Power Apps SharePoint List Form - Ability to create a pop-up message when using the default Save button.

Team,

Good day to all. I am working on building out a tabbed SharePoint List form for my team to bring in new features and functions. I have seen many videos and posts on create a pop-up message when using a save button in a PowerApps form. That is great, but my team uses the default (out of the box) save button at the top of the SharePoint List form when they are completed entering project details for tracking.

I did see that when I click on the SharePointIntegration under the "Tree View" I see a "OnSave" listed under, Advanced. Any thoughts or ways to make this usable for a message pop-up?

Question: Is there ways to create a pop-up message using the default save button in a SharePoint list form without having to create a button?

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts on this topic.

Respectfully,

MadeToThink

    Hi @MadeToThink ,

What you want is entirely possible, although I suggest to use the form's OnSuccess property for that. Like that you are absolutely certain that the record is actually saved.

You can, for instance, set a boolean value of a variable which can then be used to determine the Visible property of the pop-up.

    Hello @MadeToThink ,

I'm not sure myself, but would "Notify()" works with an app integrated in a SharePoint list?
